Net Wall Extensions:
Ensure comprehensive protection for your enclosure's walls without compromising space. Our net wall extensions act as an additional shield against stray golf balls, securely attaching to the frame enclosure using hook and loop strips. A sandbag anchors it at the base (filling not provided). For heightened safeguarding, explore our upgrade options, featuring seamlessly fitting foam inserts that provide extra cushioning at the frame corners.

Back Cover Kit and Back Cover Pipe Kit:

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This could be extended if there are a high volume of orders at one point in time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@golfsimulatorexperts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information, check out our returns and exchanges page

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@golfsimulatorexperts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Price Match Guarantee

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find nother online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitors website within six months fro the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly
