All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This could be extended if there are a high volume of orders at one point in time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@golfsimulatorexperts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more information, check out our returns and exchanges page

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@golfsimulatorexperts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

While we build out our computers with the latest Intel Processors and NVIDIA chipset Graphics card, we can often integrate your existing equipment into our simulators. However, it's best to review our minimum requirements and consult with us for optimal compatibility.

What is the lifespan of the hitting mat?

Our golf hitting mat is highly durable and typically lasts for two years or longer in residential settings.

What is the lifespan of my simulator screen?

The golf screen, while durable, will naturally wear over time, lasting approximately one to two years with normal residential use and 12 to 18 months with heavy commercial use.

Is putting accurate?

Absolutely! Our systems accurately measure putting at true distance, tracking the putt from the moment of impact and the club head to deliver the truest putt on the market.
